As part of our continued habitat improvement works at Ferry Meadows a team of volunteers and Nene Park rangers will be constructing gabion baskets filled with various materials and then introducing them into Gunwade Lake to provide additional in-water refuge and habitat for fish. This project is being funded by the Environment Agency, Nene Park and P&DAA in a combined effort to improve sustainability
