Behind the leadership team
P&DAA runs on volunteers. Almost none of it is paid work.
Elected members who steer the club's decisions and hold the leadership team to account.
On the bank in all weathers, checking tickets and licences, helping members and protecting the fishery.
Qualified coaches running junior and beginner sessions, bringing new anglers into the sport.
Swims, access points, paths and habitat work. The reason the venues are fishable.
