Our Partners

P&DAA has never worked only for its own banks. We build for the whole sport, and we work with the organisations protecting the Nene.

Started & funded by P&DAA

Projects we gave to the sport

Both of these began inside the club and now serve anglers, clubs and fisheries far beyond Peterborough.

Hydroscape
HydroscapeRecord. Monitor. Protect.

A free biodiversity and water quality reporting platform for anglers and fishery managers. Anyone at the water can record what they see in 30 seconds, with GPS, timestamps and AI photo verification against a database of over 1,000 UK freshwater species. The evidence supports cormorant licencing, conservation and fishery management, and Hydroscape is in regular conversation with the Environment Agency, Natural England and Natural Resources Wales.

11,000+Verified reports
60,000+Birds recorded
1,000+Species database
School Of Fish
School Of FishLearn to fish, properly

Coaching for newcomers of every age with qualified coaches, all tackle and bait provided. Free and paid sessions run through the season alongside annual membership options, giving complete beginners and returning anglers a proper start in the sport. School Of Fish also delivers coaching qualifications, training the next generation of angling coaches, the route P&DAA's own coaches come through. Started by P&DAA and now run as its own venture.

Both projects were started and funded by Peterborough & District Angling Association. We build them, give them away, and they now serve clubs and anglers nationally. That's what we think a club is for.
